Ayra Starr  as she's well known is a native of Benin Edo state just like Rema

Her real name is Oyinkansola Aderibigbe,  she's a Nigerian song writer, Artist and also a model.. She was born on the 14th June 2002.

She was raised in Lagos State and was brought up in a Christian Family. Ayra Starr didn't the only child of her family as she has a brother who's also an Artist like her herself.

In the year 2018 she lost her father whom she got her Inspiration from to do what she does best. The list had a huge effect on her as she and her dad were very close.

In memory of her late dad she did a tribute song.

How did she get the Spotlight she's  having now?

Ayra Starr had passion for singing and modelling at a very young age, during her free time she would often compose songs on her note book and was also active in The Choir. That's were it all Started during this time Ayra would go to a studio close to her house alongside her Brother to make songs and also make covers of her favourites songs.. 

Well. Her musical career took a turn for the better after Record Label owner Don Jazzy  came across her captivating freestyles and covers online via Instagram. Surprisingly she got signed to Mavin's Record and eventually dropped some couple of songs which have been buzzing the Nigerian Music Industry. Her recent Project is her just released Self namedvEP "Ayra Starr"  which was released on the 22nd of January 2021.Though she got signed in year 2020 but her record deal was made public on January 21st 2021.
